This supplement contains the abstracts of the communications presented at the 15th Congress of the European Society of Gynecology, held in Amsterdam from 29 November to 2 December 2023. European Gynecology and Obstetrics is the official journal of the Society.

The abstracts were selected by the Scientific Committee of the Congress and have not undergone the double-anonymized peer review process applied to all other content published by the Journal (Peer Review Policy, PRP v1.3). They are published as a record of the scientific proceedings of the Congress and should be cited and interpreted as such.
