This supplement contains the abstracts of the communications presented at the 16th Congress of the European Society of Gynecology, held in Riga from 19 to 22 March 2025. European Gynecology and Obstetrics is the official journal of the Society.

The abstracts were selected by the Scientific Committee of the Congress and have not undergone the double-anonymized peer review process applied to all other content published by the Journal (Peer Review Policy, PRP v1.3). They are published as a record of the scientific proceedings of the Congress and should be cited and interpreted as such.
